When you purchase you agree and understand....
Our products are a handmade craft item. We use/recycle old, chippy, sometimes scratchy and worn on the edge plates, cups, trinkets, knick knacks and dishes that can be as old 120 years. These beauty marks, I believe do not affect its use or beauty of your purchase. We all are "beautifully broken" and we do our best to create a flower that is pleasing to the eye even if there are some chips/bumps, bruises and imperfections; that can be seen or unseen. I will do my best to point out any huge defect.
Our flowers grow in all types of climates, we live in the Arizona desert and we have our own garden items outside all year round and they do well in the North, just watch out for snow drifts...can't help ya there!
We use an indoor/outdoor glue which makes it tough in varying weather.
Please remove art if there is huge winter blizzards, tornadoes, earthquakes, etc... please plant with some common thought for the integrity of the art piece. Plant closer to patios, foyers, gardens with foilage to accent the piece and not be damaged by the above or humans or animals.

SHIPPING:
We ship ONLY to the address indicated. We do not ship to alternate addresses. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship ONLY to the lower 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. * Certain accommodations can be made but buyer is responsible to communicate with us prior to ordering and will be responsible for any additional shipping and/or handling that may be over the normal domestic USA shipping charges and fees.*. We do NOT SHIP international. Your order will receive prompt attention and will be shipped after payment clear via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
You will receive an email with your tracking number; once your order has been processed. We are not responsible for any delays, caused by the shipping carrier. We have the right to change shipping carriers and will you notify via email.
Items are carefully inspected and packaged using new and recycled packing material, large/small bubble and/or foams to secure and keep item safe in transit. Item will be firmly wrapped in bubble; slowly unwrap.
COMBINED SHIPPING: To keep shipping costs down, we do not combine orders.
Pick up: is available for local buyers (Gilbert, Arizona). Save on shipping. Meet us at our many events.
Local buyers please on-line and we will refund you the shipping when you come to pick up your item.
We abide by state and federal tax rules and charge Gilbert Sales tax.
Additional: Please ask questions before you commit to an item. We will be glad to help. Refunds are given if I misrepresent an item. (See above disclaimer) or you receive your item broken. However, you must notify us with in 2 days of delivery, send photos of the packaging box and contents. Happy customers are returning customers, and we will focus on making you happy and try to resolve the issue. Buyer to pay for the return postage and insurance.
